I love American History and the stories of the founders of this nation. On my mother's side, I am a descendant of some of the first settlers in Pennsylvania; some of my ancestors came over on the same ship as William Penn, and one fought in the Revolutionary War. In all their lives, it was important to establish community churches and to participate in the affairs of their communities. I am a member of the Baby Boomer Generation -- I survived the 50s,60s,70s, and am going strong today! What I have seen in my lifetime only strengthens my belief and trust in a God of truth and justice. My desire is that my students see from my care and concern for them the attributes of a loving Lord.
