Sara Myers

I have been a Christian as long as I can remember. Growing up on a farm in a small town in Nebraska, I attended a Christian school until 7th grade. After graduating from high school and coming to the University of Nebraska at Omaha, it took a while to make my faith my own. About the time I was finishing my PhD, my husband and I were really struggling with our relationship. Amidst marital separation, I finally learned what it meant to be totally dependent on Christ. Investing my my relationship with Jesus showed me how to put my priorities in order and eventually led to our reconciliation. I continually need to be in God's word for direction and reminders of how I am supposed to live.
