I am a child of God, a follower of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, husband, father, retired Army Officer, former Drill Sergeant, industry professional and currently serve a Professor of Practice in the School of Engineering Technology. I grew up as a skeptic of all forms of religion, but after graduating from Purdue and beginning my corporate journey climbing the ladder, I realized that no matter how high up the ladder I climbed there was still something missing. My good friend and co-worker invited my wife and me to a small church while we lived in Seattle, Washington where we were both baptized together in 2007, entering a personal relationship with Christ by surrendering our lives to Him. Since that moment, my faith in Jesus has led me through many trials. PERSONAL MISSION STATEMENT I will use the gifts and assets that God has provided me to live out my Christian faith daily through active prayer, my actions and choices while intentionally leading my family to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. In my professional career I will hold the highest standards of integrity while praying and listening to the Holy Spirit for opportunities to witness to others.
