Make your video a short “Welcome to my profile” greeting. 20 to 30 seconds in length.
Consider mentioning one key point of your story; invite the reader to consider that point.
Look at your background and remove any distractions such as pictures on the wall or a ceiling light.
Make sure the audio is clear.
Frame your video using your phone in the vertical position.
Be sure to look into the camera so you engage the viewer.

Suggestions for Writing Your Story
Here are some ideas to help you share your story and fill out your profile:
Maximum length for “My Story”: 500-600 words. Less is Better.
Write informally, in a first person conversational style. Your story and profile questions are designed to engage your reader’s interest.
Be real. When we share only the joy without the pain we aren’t being authentic. Think of the needs of people in today’s world.
What experiences have defined your life? How can those experiences shape your life? How did Christ meet you in tough times?
Are there events in your life that illustrate how Christ has changed you? It’s better to tell that story in detail and let the reader draw the conclusion, than it is to say “Christ changed my life.”
Try to avoid the use of Christian lingo. You are writing to an audience that, for the most part, isn’t churched. Think of explaining a concept in your discipline to someone unfamiliar with it.
Above all, make Jesus the hero of your life’s story.
